Folks Gathered Three Deep to Play Stroke of Luck at the Chicago Golf Show
April 16, 2020
The 2020 Chicago Golf Show came and went just before the economic viral curtain fell in March. It looks like our sequester will go on through May. Now we find ourselves hunkered down and looking for new things to do with our family & close friends during this enforced hibernation.
It is the perfect time to order a genuine Stroke of Luck® game for your home and family.
We had a terrific Chicago Golf Show in Rosemont IL this year, with folks gathering 2 or 3 deep in the aisles around our booth while competitors of all ages tried their hand with this contagious (pun intended; too soon?) new game that combines your skills at poker and putting. Above all else, it truly tests your skill at putting. It is a great tool for teaching young golfers how important it is to have a soft “touch.”
We were pleasantly surprised with the number of folks who came in, tried the game, and their kids did as well. We even had visits from our competitors and other vendors who came to the booth. Take a gander at the pictures below to see Moms, Dads and the kids all playing the game. We gave them a few practice putts, and soon we had whole families competing for bragging rights. One intrepid golfer suggested playing a hand of blackjack. His brother stated he did not know “blackjack, but he’d like to play 21!”
Over 300 folks visited and often played a hand or two at the booth, and well over 100 folks signed up for a drawing to win a game. Mr. Robin A. from a northern Chicago suburb won the drawing and received his game last week. In the spirit of the season, we are extending our limited time offering of special pricing from the Show. It was a great Show, and we want to thank EVERONE who came out to see us. Hope to hear from you soon!
