Washington County Golf Course (Testimonial)
We found the Stroke of Luck to be the perfect add-on that sponsors look for to improve fundraising golf events.
Washington County Golf Course
Washington County Golf Course in Wisconsin has had a Stroke of Luck game since March of 2019. WCGC is the number one rated municipal golf course in Wisconsin, one of the top courses in the nation, and is a USGA qualifier course.
Craig Czerniejewski is the PGA pro that runs this beautiful, picturesque “links” course in Hartford, WI just northwest of Milwaukee. Craig stated “We found the Stroke of Luck® game, which combines putting with poker, to be the perfect add-on that sponsors look for to improve fundraising golf events. Most times, placing the game at a par 3 allowed guest players to donate and play for a few minutes prior to teeing off, and quite often, raised a few hundred dollars extra for the charity. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our event guests took to it.”
Craig rolled out the Stroke of Luck game for a dozen or so charity outings in 2019, and will encourage golfing groups to use it as a fundraiser for charity events in 2020 as well.
